She has worked in both private and public universities in the US and the Caribbean, bringing a diverse range of perspectives. Michelle's expertise lies in creating professional learning solutions for administrators, teachers, aspiring educators, and parents, focusing on quality literacy education and teacher preparation. With 14 years as a literacy teacher educator and extensive experience as a literacy interventionist, she offers practical strategies and support for early and adolescent learners. Her programs align with current research and best practices in the field.
